And, please, find a substitute if you cannot serve at your scheduled time! We would like to have 3 servers for each Mass for the roles of Cross bearer, Acolyte (bell side) and Book bearer. If anyone attending a Mass wishes to serve, you are welcome to vest. However, those assigned to a Mass get the assigned roles. If you do vest, PLEASE remember that you are serving before the Lord and our parish. The clergy count on your mature attitude while serving. You are expected to dress neatly and to arrive and be vested at least 10 minutes before Mass begins. If you cannot serve at your scheduled time, it is YOUR responsibility to find a substitute.
