Parkersburg Catholic High School

Parkersburg Catholic High School, in partnership with the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, the community and the parishes, is committed to serve all students spiritually, academically, culturally, technologically, and physically, and to provide them with a wide variety of activities that meet the highest standards of educational excellence.

We believe that all students can learn; therefore, the mission of Parkersburg Catholic High School is to provide effective instruction in basic skills, to develop the potential of all students, to nurture a sense of individual worth, to build a foundation for lifelong learning in a changing world, and to teach students how to fully live their faith.

Parkersburg Catholic High School is a college-preparatory high school that blends academic standards, strong moral values, and genuine concern for every individual.  The school's objective is to help students become active, competent, contributing members of the future.  The academic program consistently enables students to reach their fullest intellectual potential, and the no-cut athletic programs frequently generate championship caliber teams in 11 Varsity sports.  Students' religious and service work teaches personal responsibility and a compassion for others that last a lifetime.
